CANCELLATION CHARGES
All our photographers run a tight diary and charges may apply with cancelled appointments.
Appointments cancelled with seven or more days notice do not attract a penalty.
Cancellations with more than two days but less than seven days notice attract a $25 re-booking charge.
Cancellations or re-schedules with less than forty eight hours notice attract a $95 rebooking charge.
TRAVEL CHARGES
Where a shoot is further than thirty kilometres from the corner of Oxford St & Liverpool St in the city by GoogleMaps, there will be a charge of $1 per km.
Toll charges will apply only if the shoot is further than 30km.
For example if you live 56km from the above location you will be charged an extra $26.
If this is not preferred, a neutral place within 30km of the City can always be found for your shoot.
